Burton Marvin Leslie

At Bobby’s Hospice, Saint John NB on May 11, 2013, Mr. Burton Marvin Leslie of Back Bay NB. Born at St. George NB on June 13, 1940, he was the son of the late Marvin and Alice (Leavitt) Leslie. A loving uncle and friend, Burton is survived by one niece, Judy McCarten of Ontario and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Heloise McCarten and by one sister in infancy.

Prior to retirement, Burton worked for Connor’s Bros. in Back Bay as part of the Clean Up Crew. He was a gentle soul who was always up for a good laugh. He will be sadly missed in his local community and by his many friends.

Resting at the Sea View Full Gospel Church, Back Bay NB from where the service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Gordon Cooke officiating followed by the interment at the St. George Rural Cemetery. Visiting at the church on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Burton’s memory, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
