Edward Eugene Tinker

The passing of Edward Eugene Tinker occurred unexpectedly at his residence at St. George NB on November 21, 2024. Born at St. Stephen NB on June 18, 1958, he was a son of Eunice (Leavitt) Lord and the late John A Tinker.

Edward is survived by his sons: Marshall of Saint John NB and Jacob of St. Stephen NB; his mother: Eunice Lord of St. George NB; his sister: Rhonda (Kenny) Murray also of St. George NB; as well as several cousins. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother: Stephen; his stepfather: Aulden Lord; and his maternal grandparents: Hilda and Eddie Leavitt.

Edward was a labourer by trade and had worked in Ontario for the past twenty five years. In his earlier years Edward worked for Connors Bros as well as contract work at Point Lepreau. Edward will be remembered as a free spirit and an avid motorcyclist.

Arrangements in care of St. George Funeral Home (506-755-3533) Portage Street, St. George, NB. In keeping with Edward’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. In his memory, donations to the St. George Animal Shelter or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
