Lincoln Charles Herritt
2007-2024
It is with broken and aching hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Lincoln Charles Herritt, which occurred at his home on Deer Island on August 31, 2024. Lincoln was born on December 20, 2007 in Saint John NB to his loving parents, Charles and Hillarie Herritt.
Leaving behind in great sorrow, Lincoln will be forever missed and loved by his parents Charles and Hillarie Herritt; his brothers Gage Herritt and Lukas Organ; paternal grandparents "Poppy and Nan" Charlie and Maisie; maternal grandparents "Pa and Gram" Randy and Faye; uncle Jas, auntie Mel, cousins Sasha and Hunter; special aunt Jackie Walter; friends Armin, Tyson and Memphis; his four-legged brother, Navy; and many extended family on both sides on Deer Island and in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Ontario, Maine and West Virginia. He was predeceased by his infant cousins, Bodie and Payton and his four-legged sibling, Amy.
Those who knew Lincoln, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. He had a heart of gold and was a social butterfly. He loved rock climbing, taking pictures of sunsets, going for walks, listening to music and working out. He was looking forward to his last year of high school and trying out for the soccer team. His passing has left a hole in his family’s hearts that will never be healed.
