Barbara Kathleen Majchrowski

Barbara Kathleen Majchrowski passed away peacefully after a 5+ year journey with hereditary cancer on July 18, 2024. She was 51 years old born in Toronto, ON. She moved around to many places until settling in St. George, NB 5 years ago. She is survived by her sister, Joan Majchrowski, and her brother and sister, Mark and Sangeetah (née Pabla) Majchrowski, and niece Jiya, the love of her life.

Barbara was an award-winning engineer who practiced Systems Engineering with a Masters degree in Clinical BioMedical Engineering. In this field, patient safety was always her highest priority, never realizing that she would benefit from the research she dedicated her career to. She loved nature, music and art, being displayed in Sunbury Shores in 2023 for her encaustic art. She was well known for her love of puzzles and puns.

Upon her request, there will not be a viewing or public funeral. If you wish, please send donations to Charotte County Cancer Society. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
