Pauline Ann Vickery

After a brief battle with cancer, Pauline Ann Vickery, at the age of 83 passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born May 9, 1940, at St. Stephen Hospital, to Norman and Charlotte (Henry) Paul of Beaver Harbour. She Graduated from Black’s Harbour High School in 1958. Throughout her career, she worked at Irving Oil from 1958 to 1960. After moving to Pennfield in 1960, Pauline worked at Connors Brothers, in Black’s Harbour until her retirement in 2000. She married Gerald Vickery, February 22nd, 1958, recently celebrating 66 years together. She impacted many through her love of Jesus, her compassion, her kindness, and her unselfish love.

She is predeceased in death by her parents, Norman and Charlotte Paul; her sister Brenda Miles; brother Gerry Paul, and her niece Tammy Munn. She is survived by her sweetheart, Gerald Vickery; daughter Lisa (Vickery) McConnell, and son in love Bill, and her daughter Lori (Vickery) Munn and son in love, Ronnie; her granddaughters, Leanne Munn and husband Mark, Shelby (McConnell) Bergen and husband Lane, and Katie Munn. The apple of her eye and much-loved great grandson, Jacob Munn and great granddaughter Emily Munn. Her sisters Winnifred Paul, Marilyn Hawkins, Carol Stewart; sister-in-law Edith Paul; brother-in-law Enos Miles and her special fur babies, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family , and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12th at 2:00pm, from the Beaver Harbour Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Lea officiating. Visitation will be held at the Beaver Harbour Baptist Church Thursday, April 11th form 3 to 6 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society, or the Beaver Harbour Baptist Church Maintenance Fund, would be appreciated on behalf of the family.
