Keith Mitchell Pendleton

Surrounded by his family, the death of Keith M. Pendleton, husband of C. Bellmon (nee Newman) occurred at his residence in Lambertville on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. He was born on November 11, 1931, at Deer Island to the late Leona Pendleton and raised by his loving grandparents, the late Clifford and Madeline Pendleton. Besides his devoted wife of 74 years; Bellmon; Keith is survived by his daughters: Anne Lesile and Kathy Carpenter (Art); sons: Chris (Patty) and Kingsley (Kelly); daughters-in-law: Carol, April and Leslie; special niece, Marilyn Richardson and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sons: Loren "Lorie", Vance and Jack.

Keith was a Fisherman, Lobster, Scallop and Weir, he loved being out on the water. In the 80’s and 90’s he got into Aquaculture Farming, Owning and Operating KCW Fisheries with his sons. He was a true family man, he enjoyed time with his family especially his grandchildren. He and Bellmon would spend weeknights and weekends visiting family and friends. In years past: Keith was a member of the Deer Island Band and would play "TAPS" on the Trumpet for the Remembrance Day Services at the Deer Island Point Cenotaph.

Bellmon and Family would like to give a heartfelt, thank you to the Staff of Extra-Mural and the Support Workers that did a tremendous job caring for Keith in his final days; allowing him to pass peacefully at home.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street. A Celebration of Keith’s Life will be held at the Lord’s Cove Church of Christ, Lords Cove NB on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm. In Keith’s memory, donations to Deer Island Safety Net would be appreciated by the family.
