H. David Haddon
1934-2022
Born on December 8, 1934 at Fairhaven, Deer Island, NB, H. David Haddon passed peacefully at the Charlotte County Hospital in St. Stephen on December 12, 2022.
Born to F. Sheldon and Francena (Welch) Haddon, he leaves behind his wife Allyson (Tucker) Haddon of L'Etete, his daughters Joan E. Richard (Georges) of Moncton and Vicki L. Haddon (Ross) of St. George as well as his much cherished grandchildren Melissa of Belfast, Ireland, Julie and Jessica Richard of Moncton, Shane Haddon of L'Etete and Matthew Haddon of Nova Scotia and his adopted great grandson Owen. Dave is also survived by his sister Marjorie Leeman of Fairhaven, Deer Island. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his first wife Shirley Ann (Richardson), his eldest daughter Connie Louise "Weezie" Hatt and brothers William "Bill" and John S. Haddon.
In keeping with Dave's wishes, there will be no visitation. A small family gathering will take place at a future date. In Dave's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
