Maynard's biggest passion in life was being on his boats on the Bay of Fundy. He spent most of his working life as a Fisherman until he retired in 2000.

Maynard was very social and loved a good time. He always enjoyed being surrounded by his friends and family. He would look forward to his Sunday drives and playing card several nights a week, either at the St. George Legion or at home with friends. He attended weekly country jam sessions and enjoyed watching hockey and baseball. In his earlier years, he would enjoy his fishing and hunting trips that he would often reminisce.

Special thanks to the Home Support workers, Dr. Hameed and the staff at the Saint John Regional Hospital Oncology and Palliative Care Units. Your support will be remembered with great gratitude.
