Before he started his journey with cancer, Larry worked as a maintenance mechanic for Connors Brothers. His first passion was his love for his family, especially his grandchildren. He was an avid hunter, fisherman & woodsman. He loved to visit the old Stewart homestead at Elmscroft where he learned his hunting skills from his grandfather Herman. Larry always enjoyed cooking especially his infamous chilli and homemade bread. Larry will be remembered and best known for his witty sense of humour, his gift for nagging but mostly for his strength, his gentleness and his kindness. He will be sadly missed by his family.
