Sheldon Peter Seeley
Peacefully at his residence in Pennfield NB on July 15, 2020, Mr. Sheldon Peter Seeley, loving companion of Ruth Campbell passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior. Born at Blacks Harbour NB on December 22, 1943 he was a son of the late Arthur "Ed" and Mary Agnes (Stuart) Seeley.

A loving companion, brother and honorary gramp and mentor to many, in addition to Ruth he is survived by her family, including 13 chosen grand and great grandchildren, his brother; Arthur (June) Seeley and sister; Louise Dwyer both of St. George NB as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Nora Seeley and special nephew Donnie Dwyer.

Sheldon made his home in Pennfield for several years and for more than 22 years he owned and operated Crystal Springs Trout Hatchery which he took great pride in and was kindly referred to as Papa "u" Fish by his chosen great grandkids. He was also an avid outdoorsman who at one time loved to hunt and fish as well as camp socializing with friends. Sheldon was also a hockey fan and enjoyed visiting the arena to take in a game when able. Sheldon was a long time member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in St. George, and the church and his church family, held a special place in his heart, he would often be the first to arrive and the last to leave and always there when he was needed. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and all who knew him.

The family would also love to extend heartfelt thanks to the Extra Mural Staff for their kind and heartfelt care given to Sheldon during his illness, especially Sherry Hoyt, who had a special bond with Sheldon, a bond which started through the late Connor May, a bond which cannot be broken.
