Eva Gertrude Robbins
The passing of Eva Gertrude (Monaghan) Robbins of St. George NB, wife the late Henry Everett Robbins, formerly of Second Falls NB occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on March 9, 2020. Born on Prince Edward Island on February 3, 1937, she was a daughter of the late William and Isabelle (Gaudet) Monaghan. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and sister, Eva is survived by her children: Ricky (Connie) Robbins of Second Falls NB, Cathy (John) Scammell of Scammellville NB and Brenda (Gregory) Lee of Second Falls NB; grandchildren: Jeff (Alisha), Christopher, Jillian (Matt), Ryan (Brittany) and Eric; great-grandchildren: Brittany, Dustin, Kohan, Henry, Charlie, Sebastian, Bentley and Aiden; one great-great-grandson: Simon; siblings: Bertha (Ralph) Clements, Raymond Monaghan, Charlie (Georgina) Monaghan and Pete (Noelle) Monaghan all of Saint John NB and Clair (Christine) Monaghan of Second Falls NB; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Eva was a caring wife and mother who devoted her life to taking care of her family. She enjoyed quilting, listening to music and spending her time with her family and friends. Her devotion, love and warm heart will be missed greatly by her family and loved ones.

Resting at the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Second Falls Baptist Church, Second Falls on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 11:00 am with Rev. Greg Card officiating. Interment will follow in Second Falls Baptist Cemetery. In Eva's memory, donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
