The passing of Clifford William Mullins of Blacks Harbour NB occurred peacefully at his residence, with his family at his side on September 26, 2019. Born in Milltown NB on April 30, 1935, he was a son of the late Maxwell and Alberta (Saulnier) Mullins. A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, he is survived by his children: Clifford "Junior" (Sherry) Mullins of Spruce Grove AB, David Mullins (Paula Munn) of Doaktown NB, Darlene Mullins (Chris Martin) of Blacks Harbour NB, Ava Mullins (Steven Patterson) of Blacks Harbour NB and Daniel (Isidra) Mullins of Blacks Harbour NB; his beloved grandchildren: Misty Chase (Brad Wilson), Christina (Matthew) Johnson, Stephanie (Tyler) Reid, Janessa Mullins (Bill Grundy), Celina (Connor) Bray and Mary Yssabelle Ypil; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers: Daniel (Janice) Mullins of Blacks Harbour NB, Charlie (Susan) Mullins of Red Deer AB, Jerry (Elizabeth) Mullins of Calgary AB and Maxwell "Sonny" (Viola) Mullins of New Bandon NB; sisters: Yvonne Munn of New Bandon NB, Dolphine (Billy) Ford of Souris PE, Isabel Savoie (Paul Boudreau) of St. Stephen NB and Marie (Ricky) Clowater of St. Stephen NB; many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Clifford was predeceased by a grandson: Albert "Junior" Munn; and by two sisters: Anastasia Bass and Joanne Robinson.

Prior to retirement Clifford was self-employed and worked in both the fishing and forestry industries. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Clifford was known as a selfless man who found great pleasure in helping others when he could. He was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Blacks Harbour and served as a Deacon for the Church. He loved reading his Bible and had a love for Lord like no other. A true family man, Clifford enjoyed being surrounded by his family and especially enjoyed visits from his grandchildren.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Blacks Harbour NB with visiting on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The service will be held at the church on Sunday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Wayne Munn officiating followed by the interment at the St. George Rural Cemetery. In Clifford's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer would be greatly appreciated by the family.
