Gail Ellen Gaudett
At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen NB on August 18, 2019, Mrs. Gail Ellen (Matheson) Gaudett, wife of the late Clarence S. Gaudett of St. Stephen NB. Born at Blacks Harbour NB on August 16, 1947, she was a daughter of Ernest Matheson of Back Bay NB and the late Florence (Leavitt) Matheson.

A loving daughter, mother, step mother, grandmother and sister, she is survived by her father; Ernest Matheson of Back Bay NB, her son; Lovett Chuck (Amanda) Bremner of Musquash NB, daughters: Angela Joy Bremner of Sudbury ON and Tamara Gail Bremner (Jennifer Robinson) of Langley BC, stepdaughter; Faith Gange of Blacks Harbour NB, her grandchildren: Katelyn Marie Vance (Mark Scott), Olivia Angela Joy Bremner, Natasha Elaine Bremner and James Issac Bremner, great grandson; Hudson David Comeau, her brother; Ernest (Belinda) Matheson Jr. of Wellington NS, her sister; Sarah (John) Handspiker of Back Bay NB as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband Clarence, she was predeceased by her mother Florence Matheson and step son Burrell Gaudett.

Prior to her retirement, Gail worked mainly in the healthcare and care giving field having worked as a Doctor's receptionist and working with special need adults at Collingwood or various special care homes in the area. Gail also loved music whether playing the piano or singing and was a member of the Valley Gospel Singers who recently were inducted in the New Brunswick Gospel Music Hall of Fame. She also love spending time with family especially her grandchildren and was a member of both Gateway Cathedral and Sea View Full Gospel Church's. Gail will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her.

In keeping with her wishes there will be no visiting. A graveside service will be held at the St. George Rural Cemetery, St. George NB on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Gordon Walsh officiating. In Gail's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
