Audrey Mary Wile
The passing of Audrey Mary Wile of Utopia NB occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on October 11, 2018. Born in Blacks Harbour NB on January 28, 1957, she was a daughter of Ruby (Stoddard) Cooke and the late Frederick W. Cooke. A loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Audrey is survived by her two sons: Robin (Lisa) Wile of Grande Prairie AB and Murray Wile (Alisha Winters) of Utopia NB; her beloved grandchildren: Dakota Wile, Brody Wile, Shelby Wile and Ethan Wile; siblings: Davis (Juanita) Cooke of Utopia NB, Ken (Robbin) Goss of Boston MA, Sterling (Marilyn) Cooke of Utopia NB, Phyllis (Carl) MacLean of Utopia NB, Lewis (Joanne) Cooke of Grand Prairie AB, Rena (Kevan) MacLean of Montague PEI and Hazen (Fran) Cooke of Smithtown; her special friend and care taker: Michelle Worsley of Bonny River NB; countless friends in the deaf community; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her father, Audrey was predeceased by her husband: Markus Wile; her sisters: Janie and Ellen; and by her twin brother: Allen.

Audrey was a caring and loving person. When she was younger she attended the Amherst School for the Deaf where she completed her high school education and then went on to get her certificate as a Seamstress. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and had a special place in her heart for animals. She will be sadly missed but always loved by her family and many friends.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 - 9 pm. The service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 2:00 pm followed by the interment in the St. George Rural Cemetery. In Audrey's memory, donations to the NB Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, The Canadian Diabetic Association or to Charlotte County Cancer would be greatly appreciated by the family.
