Wanda "Jeannie" Jean Chamberlain

The passing of Wanda "Jeannie" Jean Chamberlain occurred unexpectedly at her residence in St. George NB on February 10, 2018. Born in Blacks Harbour NB on November 15, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Patricia (Carrier) Spear. A loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Jeannie is survived by one son: Jamie Comeau (Dionne) of Red Deer AB; grandchildren: Kristie and Colbie; siblings: Nicholas Constantineau (Naida) of Pennfield NB and Maxine Justason (David) also of Pennfield NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers: Tony, Dino and Douglas.

Prior to retirement, Jeannie worked for many years at various nursing homes in Saint John. She loved to cook and enjoyed spending her free time with her family. Jeannie also enjoyed going out to get her hair and nails done and her warm smile and giving heart will be dearly missed by her family.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home from where the service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jason Hooper officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until service time. In Jeannie's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer would be appreciated by the family.
