Margaret "Gerry" Geraldine O'Neill

The death of Margaret "Gerry" Geraldine O'Neill occurred on July 20, 2016 at Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, N.B. She was born on May 17, 1917, to Edward and Agnes (McGloan) O'Neill, St. George. She was predeceased by her sister, Lenore McGarry, St. George, brother, James O'Neill, Ottawa, Jack O'Neill, St. George, and sister, Frances O'Neill, St. George. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Gerry graduated from St. George Superior School, St. Vincent's University, Halifax, with a Bachelor of Arts, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, with a Bachelor of Education. She taught school in Moncton, Woodstock, and Saint John for 39 years.

There will be no visitation, by Gerry's request. Cremation will take place and interment will be in the St. George Catholic Cemetery, with Father Rolando Suplido officiating. The family would like to express their appreciation to Passamaquoddy Lodge for their excellent care for the past 8 years.
