Gloria June Hubbard

Peacefully at Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews NB, on April 20, 2016, Gloria June Hubbard, formerly of Blacks Harbour, NB. Born in Honeydale NB on February 5, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Delang and Marguerite (McLaughlin) Hubbard. A loving and devoted sister and aunt, Gloria is survived by sisters: Donna Hubbard of St. George NB, Linda and Cecile both of Blacks Harbour NB; brother, Joe Hubbard of Saint John, NB; special brother: Jarvis Wilson of St. Stephen NB; special nephew: Lee Hubbard of Alberta and several cousins. Gloria was predeceased by her parents: Delang and Marguerite Hubbard.

Gloria truly had a pure heart and was a long time resident of Passamaquoddy Lodge. She enjoyed music and was often heard singing as loud as she could. She loved the Lord and enjoyed attended church services at the Lodge. She will be remembered fondly for her love of Christmas and she especially looked forward to her visit from Santa every year.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. There will be no visiting. A graveside service will be held at the Moores Mills Cemetery on Sunday at 2:00 pm. In Gloria's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer or to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
