Terrance William Doucette

Unexpectedly at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on November 23, 2015, Mr. Terrance William Doucette of Blacks Harbour NB. Born at Hartland NB on January 31, 1954, he was a son of the late William and Audrey (Estey) Doucette. A loving father and grandfather, Terrance is survived by one son: Thomas (Amanda) Doucette of Blacks Harbour NB; one daughter: Tara (Josh) Oakley of Victor NY; grandchildren: Kyle, Conner, Logan, Hailey, Kai and Julie; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Pam; grandchildren: Augustus and Carter; sister: Debbie Doucette; nephew: Bradley Doucette.

Prior to illness, Terrance worked in many trades in various fields, but really enjoyed his time as a truck driver. He had also been employed at one time with Connors Bros. in Blacks Harbour where he worked a Technician. Terrance was enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces for four years where he served with the Infantry. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and liked to visit the Casino when he had the chance. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 15 in Marysville NB.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. As keeping with Terrance's wishes, there will be no formal visitation or funeral service. In his memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
